Nigel Hall Menswear

I have been looking for a formal jacket for some time now, never seemed to find the right one. However, recently I came across the Nigel Hall website. Nigel Hall specialise in designer menswear and costs a bit more than the average brand but you do get quality for your money. As well as awesome jackets, they also seem to have quite a cool range of polo shirts and formal shirts.

Elvis Jesus Jackets

I do apologise for the hiatus. I’ve just had a busy couple of months, but that hasn’t stopped me from finding cool, funky online stores. My favourite one I found has to be the designer Elvis Jesus Online store. They are a rock n Roll style brand using inky black humour, renegade design and hand applied couture detailing. Every design of theirs is handcrafted which I believe explains the price tag. I know it is summer but I really want these jackets. Night is still a bit cool, that would be my excuse for buying one of these. I love the worn, rugged style. These jackets look like they could tell a story or two

Rugger 80’s wash jeans

I recently got back into my bleach wash jeans as they made a comeback this year! Although i love washed out jeans i couln’t  seem to find the exact pair that i wanted. Most of the online shopping retailers had brand new lines added with washed out and bleach washed jeans however i still couldn’t find the pair that i was looking for! I randonly came across the Gant online store the other day and i went to the jeans section. I found this awesome pair of Rugger 80’s wash jeans which was exactly what i was looking for! The good thing with Gant jeans is that the quality and materials they use are amazing. I always find that the gant jeans and trousers last longer than other pairs that i’ve got. Clothes are my religion

Hey people, i know it’s been a while again, i have been snowed in literally with everything! As i was been spending loads of hours over the past month looking for new interesting brands i discovered a very interesting brand called religion. I looked for an official website but i couldn’t find anything out there. Most of the clothing was on major networks and some on independent online stores. Anyway i love discovering brands like that because  i think the make a difference. I’m tired of all the high street major retailers copying each other style, its constant never ending war! Instead of going for the same look and trend all major companies should hire talented designers and come up with something fresh!

Liberty Jacket sale!

Hey i know it’s been a while since i last posted but i have been extremely busy doing nothing, i was on holiday for Christmas, had an excellent time! I went shopping on boxing day and i must have spent at least four hours checking out all the major fashion retailers. I went to most of the shops on the high street and looked at all the items on sale to see if i could find anything for me. Unfortunately i had to leave most of the shops because the queues were just massive, i would have spent at least an hour waiting for just one item i wanted to buy. Although i like Christmas shopping and i like going out and looking at shops most of the time due to high demand i cannot find what i want, that’s why id rather go out window shopping and then do the actual shopping online. Most e-shops have more stock online than in the shops. I have been looking for a nice casual jacket lately, and i actually found exactly what i was looking for at Reiss today, I wanted a pea coat style jacket but i didn’t want the traditional look, i was looking through the jackets and i found this liberty jacket by reiss for half price, most of the times are on sale( 50%) so if you want to buy something do it now while the sale is on!

Things i want this Christmas

Here are some of the things on my Christmas wishlist, I really love the first bag, i like the vintage distressed look, however i like the second one 2! The shoes are probably my favorite shoes ever but t the cost a fortunate so don’t know about that, i think the will stay on wishlist until next year! The sunglasses are amazing, i blogged about them a while ago, Shwood is the name of the company that makes them and the are actually made out of wood and cost about 60 pounds! I think im going to get these soon since i broke my favorite pair of vintage aviator shades:-(!Time for a change!

The Distressed Look And The Copycats (brogues and toecaps)

I have been looking for a new pair of shoes to spend my money on this Christmas, however i still haven’t found exactly what i want, I’m close but still not sure. I went for a walk the yesterday and i must of went in every single clothing store on the high street looking at shoes and clothes. I quite like the new all saints range, specifically the toecap brogues that look all distressed and warn out are really nice and I’m seriously considering a pair of all saints toecap brogues shoes this Christmas. I have also spotted some nice shoes on the office website, again toecap shoes that look a little bit like the all saints ones however the haven’t got that distressed vintage look, instead the toecap shoes look brand new and have a really nice tanned leather colour. The final pair that i have been considering for a while are toecaps from River island, i like them but the look too much like the all saints ones, its as if all saints designed the original distressed look brogues and toecaps and then everybody in the fashion industry started copying them! it’s true! is it just me??. Anyway so yeh  you can see all the shoes pictured below and i have included a poll so you guys can vote for your favorite pair. I like them all and i had the money i would get them all, but for now i can only go for one!!I want you opinions.

The perfect Xmas gift!

I know it’s been a while since i posted but i have been so busy with work as we are all getting ready for Christmas! It’s going to be mental this year! People are already going crazy , shopping wise, quite a lot of things on my wish list that i wanted to buy online are now officially sold out. I guess my taste in clothes is quite popular and mainstream, i never thought it was but it must be since quite a lot of clothing items i spotted about a month ago and added to my wish list are now OUT OF STOCK! I hate that went it happens!  I will just have to wait until they stock up again and keep an eye out. I can’t wait for Christmas-it’s my favorite time of year! I just love all the decorations, the family reunions and the shopping!!! I have been saving up for a while now so i can afford Xmas presents for family, friends and me! This are the presents i bought so far, luckily my family and friends don’t have any idea about my blogs so they won’t read this! These are the gifts i bought so far…

I love Abahna just now. They ‘ve got some really nice gift sets on their website.  It would make a really nice gift to anyone this Christmas.

Vintage Worn out shoes!

Does anybody like this new trend? You are all probably aware of the fact that the “worn out/washed out” vintage look is back in action all the major retailers are copying each others designs! I wish Fashion labels didn’t do that, however that’s how trends are created. A label comes up with a fresh original look and then the designs are almost plagiarized by other labels. So i’ve looking into this “worn out” look and i dont know what to think, Some of the companies have really nailed the look and some of them are just not getting it! Some of the stuff like the worn out jeans and tops are a little bit too much for me, however i love the worn out vintage shoes!

 

Vintage Bag

I have always loved the old school vintage leather bags, the ones that your high school teacher would probably carry arround. I never had one but i think now is the time to buy one. I have always used backpacks that are actually quite practical but the look really bad. So i was thinking about investing in a nice leather bag. Leather bags are really big just now and men’s just use them as a fashion accessorie. In my case ill probably combine both as i usually tend to carry loads of things with me, a nice bag would be the perfect accessory for me just now. These are the two styles i want to go for. The first one has the classic tan dry leather look which i love. It’s also quite simple and has an amazing colour. The second one is more vintage-shinny leather, proffesor bag look. I like the second option too as it has a lot of detail( pockets, straps etc). Which one do you think i should go for? Let me know what you think…
